     Hello everyone
    I turned on my Autel MaxiSys IM608 II Pro today. The software license had expired, so I clicked on the link to extend the license for €895.00 for one year. It wasn't cheap, but necessary, I thought. I also received an invoice, and the license has been paid. After updating all available files, I now have the problem that the app won't start anymore; I just get the error message: "Device region and registration region mismatch. Please select the US or Canada."
    But I'm in Europe. My account is registered with Germany. The original seller, a former Autel partner, can no longer help me here, as the new license means I'm with a "different" Autel partner. No one is available by phone, and I've also described my problem by email, but I only receive an automated reply. It's disappointing that these errors occur with such expensive software and that support is unresponsive.
